Lily Wong, is currently Head of Digital Transformation & AI and responsible for shaping and driving the company’s digital and AI strategy on a global scale integrating business and technology, creating synergies across various countries and corporate functions, eliminating duplicates, and fostering a unified approach to digital initiatives.
Lily Wong previously held a leadership position as Bayer Head of Strategy & Partnerships, overseeing the global IT strategy of Bayer and develop Bayer’s Digital partnerships with academic institutions, startups and digital natives to fuel innovation while managing strategic partnership alliances and commercial deals in close collaboration with divisions and functions.
Lily Wong has more than 15 years of experience in strategy and execution for F500 companies in R&D, marketing, sales and supply chain. She has proven leadership experience by connecting well with customers to understand complex problems, build trust quickly and implement simple solutions.
At the same time, she has a natural ability to bring together cross-functional teams at all levels to drive impact. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. Lily Wong has experience serving on community tech boards and advising start-ups that are disrupting the market.
