Lily Wong has spent much of her career advising global B2B and B2C companies on their digital transformation journey.

This includes helping companies launch new products, services and experiences for consumers. Creating and prioritizing digital opportunities, developing strategic operating models and orchestrating execution to ensure business and technology investments are translated into measurable results.

At Bayer, Lily Wong led the digital transformation for Bayer Consumer Health R&D and Regulatory, Medical, Safety, Compliance with the goal of digitizing innovation, maximizing the value of data and technology for scientific discovery, and developing breakthrough consumer-centric offerings and business models to achieve growth and compliance goals and drive self-care for everyday health.

Currently, as VP of IT Strategy & Partnerships, Lily Wong is responsible for implementing the IT strategy across Bayer's three business units.

She develops Bayer's digital partnerships with academic institutions, start-ups and digital natives to drive innovation and manages strategic partnership alliances and deals in close collaboration with the business units and functions. Her team is responsible for scouting new technologies, such as catalyzing Gen AI across the company.
