Reina-Flor Okori – four-time Olympian, entrepreneur and expert in intercultural management and leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
Reina-Flor Okori is the founder and CEO of Beauty Of Sport (BOS), a four-time Olympian, sports diplomat and investor. With her international experience, she combines top-level sport, business management and sports diplomacy.
Her goal is to support executives and organisations in successfully shaping change in the age of artificial intelligence using the soft skills of sport. Over many years, she has accompanied Fortune 500 companies and international institutions in the development of culture, leadership and innovation, thus creating a lasting impact.

Through the REFORM Foundation she founded, she is committed to supporting young people in Africa – including through the Run4Dignity and Pads4Power programmes, which empower girls through education, sport and culture. As co-founder of Bokobokids, she brings African storytelling traditions to children around the world.
